Got Takeout. Accurate order, very flavorful

I order some Carside pickup the server was excellent and the food was delicious and you got enough to eat! Will definitely be back!

This place was a amazing Italian restaurant. Such a great experience our waitress "Chris " Christopher was so attentive and very kind to our needs. The food is delicious and at a good price for what they serve on your plate. Very clean. Definitely will come back when we visit the are again.

Absolutely a place worth visiting, the food is fantastic and well prepared, the prices are convenient and it is constantly clean here. Great work.

The food was great I was surprised of how good it was definitely will come back here again.

It took 15 minutes before our waiter greeted us. We ordered our drinks and apps when he brought us our bread. Another 15 minutes went by and we all became thirsty after eating bread so my husband had to get up and find our waiter who was sitting down counting his tips and ask for our drinks. The salads were very bland and didn't taste fresh and the apps and meals were not seasoned well at all. Very disappointed as I love the Carrabba's Fredericksburg location and was hoping for the same service and delicious food.

We came mid day and there were just a few customers, so service was very fast. The waiter was courteous and very friendly. The food was very good and served quickly. A pretty decent wine selection.

If I could give zero stars I would. Today I found a BUG in my food! I am disgusted! I threw the entire dish away, I will never return to this Carrabba’s.

I loved Lauren who handled the takeout area yesterday! She was so polite and brought her personality to the table to make it personal. It only took a few quick interactions to spot the great customer service she provided. Make sure she is appreciated. ☺️

I was seared quickly, the small plates were just enough (although I enjoyed the stuffed mushrooms more) and the bar tender made a mean peach sangria. Even though I ordered the wrong size (for my pocket book that day), it was not an issue for my server to change it. I appreciated his professionalism after a stressful day (and a couple small plates and a great drink).

I certainly enjoyed the dishes and service, awesome location next to my residence. The staff members are always welcoming. Will come back again.

It was pretty busy tonight. I went to the restroom and saw the kitchen not looking very clean at all...trash was overflowing...straws were all over the floor. The floors in the dining area had not been cleaned....had food and other stuff...normally someone cleans after each guest...didn't happen. Never seen it so unkept. Saw a waitress pull something out of a bowl of soup and proceed to take it to a customer. I hated sitting right in front of where the orders were being made and picked up. I saw too much. It was a complete turnoff!

Another fail with a restaurant in Waldorf! I placed an order for delivery since my son wanted it for graduating and we were sadly disappointed because it was the worst meal we have ever received from Carrabba's! We all ordered pasta and it was about 2 pounds of pasta with 5 or 6 pieces of meat! The food was also very bland. I would have preferred less pasta for a balanced meal... The only restaurant that has not disappointed us so far during this pandemic is Outback. Now, I have to continue my search for a decent restaurant in Waldorf for my family.

BEWARE when placing an orderer lasagna. Despite what they advertise that "this dish requires a little more time for us to prepare for you" this is unequivocally untrue! I ordered this evening, my order was ready when I arrived 15 minutes early--only to discover the lasagna was barely warm and slightly hard. I called and spoke with the manger who said " all lasagna is prepared 4 days in advance because it has a long shelf life". He acknowledged that lasagna in fact is not baked when ordered. To this end, I wont be ordering lasagna from them again unless I'm in the restaurant with the ability to send it back immediately if it isn't freshly prepared. Under no circumstances did the lasagna I picked up come straight out of the oven. Moreover, the manager on duty needs a new job or serious retraining to act as if this is an acceptable practice. If you wouldn't serve cold hard food to customers inside the establishment, you shouldn't be selling it for pickup.

The staff was phenomenal and very accommodating. However I asked for my sirloin to be cooked medium well and it was well done. They offered a redo, I declined but they really wanted to delight me so they compensated with a free dessert. It's awesome when the company is willing to make things right.

Spent the last 4 months stuck in the house every evening. Tonight was my wife and I’s first evening together without our children so we decided to get dressed up and go to Carrabbas. This was my first experience here. The place looked very clean and the hostess and waiter were very nice. But there was a group of about 8 people sitting at the bar being overly loud and cursing and yelling while having drinks. So we left.We’ll probably be back but just sucked enough to leave a review.

This is the nicest restaurant in the area. The food is delicious and service is wonderful. They now have gluten-free pasta which is cooked to perfection. The Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Tenderloin with Fig Sauce is a delicious combination of sweet and savory. Tried on Amore Monday, it has become a new favorite.Jan. 20, 2020, had a delicious bowl of Minestrone Soup and yummy stuffed mushrooms today. Our server was excellent too. We're so fortunate to have access to this restaurant.

Hadn't been there in a long time but, I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

Went around 430pm on Monday, January 6, 2020. Food was very good. I am leaving the review for the waitress and I wish I remembered her name but I don't. Good food is nothing without a great waiter or in this case waitress. Polite, patient and engaging.

Stopped in to have lunch today. It was terrible. Took our order and hot food finally arrive hot food to arrive. Had to get a manager to finally get our soups and salads, which came after another hour went by. Also awkward because two of us ordered all you can eat soup and salad, needless to say we did not request a second helping. Had to ask for refills...really bad service and long wait. Other guests seemed to be having similar problems. Our meals were given compliments of the restaurant, but was a totally unpleasant experience. Hope fully, this is a one time occasion. I have been here before and it was excellent service and food.. I am hopeful this was a rare moment

The restaurant floor was filthy. Upon entering no one was there to greet us. The manager, Crystal, was finally found after 3 employees had to search for her for 10 minutes! I Only ordered a drink and cheesecake which were fine. The waiter, Xavier was kind, patient, and helpful. The staff started cleaning after I stated this was 1 of my favorite places and this was not a good representation of Carrabba's. I hope this helps because we didn't want to eat a meal due to the place being unkept.

This place is a wonderful place to eat and great food 10' star. Just a great place. The service is great.

Our server Austin was Amazing, professional, courteous, polite and an overall Great Personality. Food was Amazing. The Tuscan Grilled Filet was cooked to perfection, the garlic mashed potatoes were very Delicious, the Bud Light was Crisp and refreshing. Dessert was Oh-My-God delish; John Cole - vanilla ice cream w/drizzle of caramel w/roasted cinnamon Rum pecans. My fiance had the Veal Marsala sauteed w/mushrooms and Lombardo marsala wine sauce; italian salad, a Glass of BlackBerry Sangria and for dessert the famous Tiramisu. Very friendly atmosphere. Quiet and perfect for Date Night.

It's my first time eating here with my family and I MIGHT be back... It's a Saturday evening when I visit. The hostess sits us at a table that is not clean. Not clean meaning the table has spills and cup rings like someone was eating and drinking their. When I bring this to the hostess attention she rolls here eyes and walks back to her station and asked someone to clean the table. Someone comes out and does a half job cleaning off the table. Don't look up at the defusers in the cealing, they are very dusty and need to be cleaned. Overall if you don't pay attention it may have the appearance of being clean but I might be somewhat hard because of the initial poor service which set for a mediocre/ok experience.The server was nice and asked us what we wanted to drink. I asked for a tea. He came back out and said they had no tea what so ever. The shrimp scampi was good as an appitizer. The saving grace was the food. It was pretty good.

My girlfriend and I met up for dinner an drinks here. Neither of us have ever been here before. I’ve never heard raves about this place but never heard bad things either. I must say I truly enjoyed myself! Marcus our waiter was a young guy and did a really professional and much appreciated job. He assisted us with the menu selections he made sure everything we wanted or needed was provided an quickly. From our apps to the entrees everything looked and tasted GOOD! The restaurant was well kept it was fully staffed every employee I gave eye contact with was friendly and every employee I passed exiting thanked me for coming and wished me a good evening. My hopes is that when I return I will have the same nice experience. Grant it I don’t know how all of the food here tastes however the dishes I had the service I received and the clean welcoming atmosphere is why I gave them 5 stars!

Meals designed for tastiness and quality + Excellent service (most of the time) = One of my favorite restaurants in Waldorf!!!! Truly a gem! Any dissatisfaction is well handled.

They have a pray neat event where you get a four course meal and wine pairings for about 40 bucks. Selections were varied and food well prepared.

The food was good! I always love the oil and bread in the beginning of the meal. Everyone loved thier food choice. The staff wasn't overly attentive and the silverware and glasses were visibly dirty. Overall- would go back.

Love the greeting and the outstanding customer service. The food was great as well as the cost. Highly recommend for all to visit and get the experience. It'll be worth the trip...

The only thing good was the bread and the calimari. The salad brown and soured. The main dish was burnt. Won't t be back. A different server had to bring the check because the service wasn't the atentative.

Went there for my birthday lunch. The food was good and the waiter was very pleasant and attentive. I would definitely go again. Nice neighborhood restaurant!

Just visited Carabaras at Waldorf, MD last night for my first time and we experienced some serious delays. They were out of many of the items we wished to have. Our server's customer service however, made up for the unexpected delays. Food was great though.

Carrabba's is one of my favorites for sure. I love the happy hour cocktails, and Chicken Bryan is so yummy!!! My one complaint is that the size of the chicken breast has drastically gotten smaller over the years.😕

Everything was perfect. I was hesitant about ordering to go as I have always enjoyed dining in at this restaurant. Kudos to the staff who packed my bag! You guys made sure everything that everything that a guest would have under the dine-in option was available for me to enjoy my meal at home.

Food was delicious. Took it home. Made a mistake when I ordered and they thought I wanted 2 broccoli but I wanted a salad and one broccoli. They gave me my side salad and said keep the extra broccoli. Their sauted broccoli was really good. Will definitely go back

They don't offer vegan pasta but there is gluten free pasta available. I ordered the Italian salad and minestrone soup which were both vegan. The sourdough bread and olive oil dip was amazing.

First off, the food here is always great . But Mother's day is very busy and key items of my carry out order were missing. I had to drive all the way back to get the rest of my Mothers day meal , pretty irritated about that BUT the Carrabas crew were very helpful , friendly and accommodating. Their customer retention skills were awesome. Their customer service was excellent (special mention) Kiera/or Kia ( hard to hear correctly because of the mask) . Thank you Carrabas team keep up the good work!

Amazing service by our server, Christopher. Excellent food, great atmosphere. One of the best meals I've had dining out in a while. I highly recommend this place to anyone. 5 stars.

Such an amazing experience. My waiter Austin is one of the best waiters I have had in years. Very attentive and I did not even have to ask for anything. Austin saw I was low and brought me another beverage. Such a relief and very pleased to enjoy a nice meal.

Due to COVID-19, this location is delivering to areas outside of their normal range, which I greatly appreciate! Carrabba’s is one of my favorite casual restaurants. The only draw back is; the carry-out/take-away staff is lacking Carrabba’s golden standard. I ordered from the twice and then decided to stop ordering food from them. I’ll wait until the restaurant reopens. The first time we ordered, an entree was missing. We offered to pickup the entree, but was told the driver was on his way. So, we had to wait for the other entree to be delivered. The second time, the mashed potatoes had a double dose of salt. They weren’t edible, and the pork chop marsala didn’t have any marsala. We received a naked grilled pork chop with absolutely nothing on it. I greatly appreciate the workers during this pandemic, so I could not give a one star rating.

Didn't get to eat because I was turned off by the hospitality. Stop hiring unprofessional people, or train them to be so. I will leave it at that.

Just ordered seafood pasta dish. Barely any vodka sauce, everything is bland and taste like plain noodles. Very expensive plain noodles. Scallops don't taste as if they were seasoned or cooked in butter. I'm sad for wasting money.
